Не знаю только как ( по отзывам) девчонки с параметрами больше меня влезли в l или даже в m ?!!! :-) Мне чётко подошел xl - сидит плотненько, но в то же время нигде не перетягивает и не давит, в общем я чувствую себя в нем полностью комфортно.
