How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Allkpop Shop (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Delivery over a month. Nice pants and good quality. Good for summers. I got 3XL, my parameters waist 81cm, hips 105cm and height 165cm. However, you can size down for a more tight fitting, as I feel I shud have sized down to 1XL. They are looking like wide leg pants on me.
Cool pants! Light, in warm weather. The growth of 172 is slightly short, but not critical. On the parameters ot-75, ob-102 took XL, which came up perfectly. Thank you to the store, I will definitely order more!
не смотрите на то что написано размер S, я попросила продавца поменять на М. ответил быстро. на мои параметры - от68 и об93 (у меня присутствуют "ушки бедёр" или не знаю загуглите, и они самая широкая их часть, меряла по им) и рост !152! сели отлично. ничего не обтягивает нигде, не шатается по полу. сзади есть резинка и могу сказать - она немного давит. если бы можно было оставить эту длину и взять размер Л - да, взяла бы его. также, я немного удивилась что они не такие как на фото. в жизни они прям черно-белые. примеры фото с разным освещением. материал - самый тонкий хлопок. рекомендую.
these pants are soooo cute i love it sm they are super thin tho but i dont mind. i’m a size small in US and have a 27in waist and got a size medium and they fit perfectly so definitely size up one otherwise they will not fit. also took 3 weeks to arrive in america!

Same as the picture! The quality is good, the fabric is thin, not stretch, it's like spring-summer. Size L looked great on me! My measurements: 94 - 70 - 100 cm. Just a little long because I measure 1.51. He arrived in Chile in 10 days! Too fast, I was impressed!
Delivery time was on point, the package arrived quickly and safely. The pants fit perfectly, I was afraid I would possibly need to make waist adjustments but it happily wasn't the case, they're comfortable and thin, ideal for spring; the only detail I would point is that the color seems a bit darker irl than in the picture, but that's not an issue. For the price, they're worth it, I'd recommend.

My height is 170 cm, waist 65 cm, hips 89 cm. Size m well approached. Fabric-thin gabardine. Composition: 95 percent polyester. From the Sun Protect badly, but lyogenky and non-hot. Comfortable to wear in summer. The rest can be seen in the photo.

matched description well, i’m 5 feet and a little chubby and it was perfect on my waste and a couple inches long which i can alter. the waist also stretches if you need, it has pockets. the only complain is that it came a month later than expected date but otherwise i recommend!!
